FAQs
Completing your purchase at Plausibley is designed to be straightforward and secure. To get started, you can choose from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal when you reach the checkout page. Checks, cash, and money orders are not among the available options.
Getting Your Order Ready
As you fill in your details, a quick verification step happens behind the scenes. The billing address you provide needs to match the address linked to your credit card. This is how the payment is confirmed, so double-checking those fields helps avoid any delays.
Before You Pay
Once you click to place your order, a temporary hold for the total amount will appear on your card. Think of it as a reservation—your card isn't actually charged at this moment. The final charge only goes through when your package is on its way to you.
Shipping to One Place
Each order you place ships to a single destination. If you're buying gifts or need items sent to different locations, you'll need to create a separate order for each address. Every individual shipment will have its own shipping cost applied. Before you finalize everything, it's also a good idea to review your shipping details carefully, as Plausibley cannot take responsibility for delivery problems that result from a typo in the address you entered.
