When We Cover the Return

Plausibley takes full ownership of any errors or issues that originate on our side. This responsibility covers a range of product faults: marks, a broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, an obvious color difference, or a major difference between the photographed product and the item you actually received. In these situations, we will handle the matter and ensure it is resolved.

When You Cover the Return

If the item is not faulty but you’ve decided on a different size or color, or you simply don’t like it, the return shipping costs fall to you. All charges for sending back or exchanging that merchandise will be your responsibility. The item itself must still be in its original, unworn condition when it comes back to us.

Preparing Your Parcel

Every return needs to be sent by delivery. Before you seal the box, make sure your order number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel. The package must also include a tracking or reference number so its journey can be followed. Without these details, processing your return could be delayed.

What Happens Next

Your exchange or refund will be processed only after the returned items have physically arrived at our international returns facility. We’ll take it from there once the package is in our hands.
